I'm not a huge fan of anime, but I still like this enough I suppose. The main issue I have with it really is that there lacks a focal point for the eye. The body of the person is off to the side, whereas the wings, though of course meant to be the main interest, aren't positioned in such a way that catches the viewer's eye.
Perhaps you could try playing around with the position of the person and the wings; that way you might achieve a different effect for the piece.
As for the drawing itself; like I said about anime, so I can't really comment, however the fire might need a little bit of attention.
Sorry for the long winded comment; I just like leaving constructive criticism

I appreciate the criticism, though I think I'll leave it for now considering it was just something drawn for a friend. Also, it was done in about half an hour, so I didn't put too much effort into it.
But, for future reference, I will take these things to heart
